We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Leisure Sales on behalf of our client to lead our sales initiatives within the leisure and hospitality sector. This leadership role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a proven track record in business development, with a focus on leisure industry markets.

- Lead and oversee the leisure sales team to achieve organizational sales targets and expand market share.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to leisure industry clients, including hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, and corporate partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective account management and personalized service.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage B2B sales processes from prospecting to closing, utilizing negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer service excellence.
- Conduct analysis of sales data to inform strategic decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and build strategic alliances.
- Proven success in outside sales, with a strong background in B2B environments within the leisure or hospitality sectors.
- Hotel & resort experience required.
- Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or business development initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience with technology-driven sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing complex deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies for growth.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of building lasting client relationships.
