The Integrated Marketing Manager (On Site) is a campaign execution and cross-functional leadership role responsible for bringing Terranea’s marketing strategy to life across all channels and resort verticals. This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy, creative, digital, communications, and on-property teams, ensuring that campaigns are launched seamlessly, accurately, and on time. This position owns the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Rooms, Meetings & Events, Food & Beverage, Spa, Golf, Recreation, and brand-wide priorities.
The role is highly collaborative and operationally strong, managing timelines, content calendars, approvals, and cross-department coordination to ensure alignment and consistency across digital, communications, social, email, and on-property channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager plays a critical role in translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, overseeing campaign workflows, and ensuring that marketing initiatives support revenue goals, seasonal priorities, and brand standards.
- Integrated Campaign Execution
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all resort verticals, ensuring alignment across digital, communications, social, email, and on-property channels.
- Translate marketing strategy, seasonal priorities, and revenue goals into detailed execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Own campaign calendars and workflows, ensuring deadlines, approvals, and launches are met accurately and on time.
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional marketing leaders to ensure campaigns are cohesive and fully integrated.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Golf, Meetings & Events, and Operations.
- Gather inputs, define scope, and manage expectations for marketing support requests.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are communicated clearly and executed consistently across departments.
- Prioritize and sequence marketing initiatives in alignment with business priorities and available resources.
- Content & Channel Support
- Coordinate campaign assets across creative, digital, and communications teams, ensuring correct usage, messaging consistency, and brand alignment.
- Support email marketing execution in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, including scheduling, approvals, and QA.
- Assist with website content updates tied to campaigns and promotions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing priorities.
- Coordinate on-property marketing touchpoints related to campaigns, promotions, and brand moments.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign recaps, gathering performance insights across channels.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and execution quality to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and reporting documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management related to marketing campaigns.
- Support execution of seasonal initiatives, promotions, and renovation-related marketing efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of events and promotions from a marketing execution and coordination perspective.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or hospitality marketing preferred
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong executional follow-through
- Experience working cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, email marketing, and content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, including
- Understanding of luxury branding and guest-centric marketing
- Hospitality experience strongly preferred
Base Pay Start Rate: $72,000 - $80,000/Yr
