The office in Cerritos provides Home Health professionals for the Orange County area including Long Beach, Torrance, Los Alamitos, Lakewood, San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Anaheim, Irvine, Tustin, and many others. A Home Health LVN job with Prudential Health Care Cerritos is much more than just a job, it’s a chance to do some real good for families in Cerritos and the surrounding area by becoming a companion to someone in need.

• Inspect the assigned patient’s room environment for any possible dangers or hazards
• Provide various health care interventions at home
• Provide health education the patients, families and caregivers living with the patient regarding the patient’s current status and health needs
• Monitor the vital sign of their patient such as BP, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, temperature and respiration rate
• Provide changing of wound dressings, administer injections, and provide alcohol rubs and back massages

• Licensed as a Vocational Nurse in the State of CA
• Six months of Home Health or geriatric nursing desirable
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Hard working & self starter
