Position: Registered Nurse (RN)-Cardiac Cath Lab

Registered Nurse (RN)-Cardiac Cath Lab Enjoy Up To A $10K Sign-On Bonus Job Objective

  • Provides direct patient care, collaborates with patients, families, peers, physicians and other members of the health care team in the delivery of health care services to the specific patient population. Assesses patient's needs, plans care, implements and evaluates patient care in accordance with the patient’s needs based on the nurse’s knowledge of growth/development, the hospital and nursing philosophy, policies/procedures and standards.

    Demonstrates leadership skills and a commitment to professional accountability and growth.
Qualifications Education
  • Required:

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing or enrollment in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program within one (1) year of hire and completion within five (5) years of hire if hired after July 1, 2012
Licensure/Certification
  • Required:

    California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
    Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) required in all departments upon hire;
  • Additional certifications required as outlined on job post.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA

Upon hire
  • 6400 2N LDRP
  • 7010 Emergency Room
Experience
  • Required:

    One (1) year of acute care RN experience or successful completion of Eisenhower’s Nurse Residency Program
  • Preferred:
    Experience in the area of specialty; ONS Provider Card if assigned to 6171 Medical Surgical 3E

* A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RN positions. Part-time RN roles are eligible for a prorated bonus. The bonus is paid in installments of $2,500 with the first paycheck, $2,500 at one year, and $5,000 at two years. Employees must be in a part-time or full-time status at the time of the second and final bonus payments. Offer valid for external new hires only.
