Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the essential patient care functions of the clinic(s) in collaboration with leadership. May oversee various sites.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing

• Required:
  
  California Registered (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA)

• Required:
  
  Four (4) years of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting if hired into position after March 1, 2025
• Preferred:
  Medical office experience, leadership experience

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RN positions. Part-time RN roles are eligible for a prorated bonus. The bonus is paid in installments of $2,500 with the first paycheck, $2,500 at one year, and $5,000 at two years. Employees must be in a part-time or full-time status at the time of the second and final bonus payments. Offer valid for external new hires only.
