RN-Clinical Coordinator - Telemetry Enjoy Up To A $10K Sign-On Bonus Job Objective
Demonstrates advanced clinical and communication skills who, under the direction of the leadership, is responsible for optimal provision of quality patient care and assists with functioning of an assigned unit/clinic. Assumes clinical and operational leadership responsibility of the unit/clinic providing continuity and coordination unit/clinic activities. Demonstrates commitment to system values through customer/patient focus and continuous process improvement. Facilitates staff involvement in Performance Excellence.
Assists leadership in monitoring compliance with all State and Federal laws. Accountable for assurance of staff compliance to Joint Commission Standards.
- Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing
- Required:
California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) required in all departments upon hire
- Required:
Three (3) years of clinical RN experience - Preferred:
Experience in the area of specialty; ONS Provider Card if assigned to 6171 Medical Surgical 3E - A generous benefits package and matched retirement plan

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RN positions. Part-time RN roles are eligible for a prorated bonus. The bonus is paid in installments of $2,500 with the first paycheck, $2,500 at one year, and $5,000 at two years. Employees must be in a part-time or full-time status at the time of the second and final bonus payments. Offer valid for external new hires only.
