RN-Manager Clinical Operations-Case Management Social Services Enjoy Up To A $10K Sign-On Bonus Job Objective:
Responsible to provide support and leadership over side of the Case Management department planning, organizing and directing the daily operations such as staffing, assignments, kronos, performance evaluations, and competencies. Works closely with the RN-Clinical Manager-Case Management and Social Worker Manager to ensure the daily operations of the department are met.
Qualifications:Education:
- Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing
- Required:
California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Required:
Four (4) years of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting with one (1) year of experience in a case management - Preferred:
Previous managerial experience, Case Management Certification - A generous benefits package and matched retirement plan

* A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RN positions. Part-time RN roles are eligible for a prorated bonus. The bonus is paid in installments of $2,500 with the first paycheck, $2,500 at one year, and $5,000 at two years. Employees must be in a part-time or full-time status at the time of the second and final bonus payments. Offer valid for external new hires only.
