Overview
Job Objective In coordination with leadership, oversees the assigned surgical area’s daily clinical operations, including practice standards, performing optimal staff scheduling, meeting budgets, implementing quality improvements, and organizing the daily activities to ensure effective and efficient management of staff and patient flow. Actively participates in and includes staff in performance improvement activities leading to performance excellence. Assists leadership in monitoring and improving compliance with all state and federal laws, regulatory and accreditation compliance.
