Travel RN Case Manager
- Rancho Mirage, CA
Pay: $2,800 to $3,000 per week
Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 1/30/2026
- Evaluate the appropriateness of hospital admissions
- Coordinate and advocate for the interdisciplinary plan of care
- Help ensure effective, efficient, and safe use of resources
- Optimize patient outcomes through collaboration and oversight
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience
- BLS & BSN required
- Strong Epic experience required (Charting System)
