Job Description Summary
Performs functions in support of the Human Resources Department. The primary function is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Vice President and Human Resources Manager and the Human Resources staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)- Assists HR staff in daily operations, as required.
- Ensures and maintains confidentiality.
- Provides predominance of department telephone coverage.
- Assists with filing.
- Ensures neat, professional appearance of lobby throughout workday. (ACRM only)
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms.
- Assists in ordering of all daily supplies and forms.
- Assists with applicants and general employment needs.
- Assists with the processing of employment applications.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years of college preferred.
- 2‑4 years office experience preferred or combination of education and experience.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile during 100% of shift, climbing stairs 15% of shift and/or sitting at a desk/work station. The individual must be able to perform duties within hot, normal, and cold temperature ranges, maintain attendance in conformance with standards, and maintain a neat, clean and well‑groomed appearance.
Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment. Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will elevate when located in the casino environment. Must have the ability to grasp, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.
