We are seeking dedicated and experienced OTR (Over-the-Road) Drivers for a full-time, on-site role located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As an OTR Driver at FST, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight across various regions. The role involves pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, compliance with safety protocols and regulations, loading and unloading materials, and effective communication with dispatchers.

You will ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule, coordinate route planning, and maintain accurate records of activities and communications.

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and experience in OTR driving
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety procedures
• Strong time management and route planning skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with dispatch team
• Ability to perform vehicle maintenance checks and document findings
• Basic knowledge of handling and securing freight, including over-dimensional loads
• Customer service orientation and professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in flatbed trucking or transportation of military shipments is a plus
