We are looking for a reliable Plumbing & Shop Assistant to support our plumbers in the field and help with general shop work. This position is ideal for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and brings a positive attitude every day. Attitude, effort, and willingness to learn are more important than experience.

• Assist plumbers on job sites with tools, materials, and basic tasks
• Work alongside plumbers to help complete jobs efficiently
• Perform general shop duties, including organizing and cleaning
• Load, unload, and prepare materials for daily jobs
• Help track and organize inventory
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Work in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and under buildings
• Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers and customers

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic are required
• Willingness to learn and take direction without attitude
• Comfortable working early mornings, long hours, and occasional overtime
• Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools (or willingness to learn)
• Physically able to lift materials and perform manual labor
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful
• Prior plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
