The company is expanding and adding this role to support a new division and is seeking talented professionals who want to be part of a dynamic growth initiative with exceptional career advancement potential.
We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative/Outside Sales to join this innovative team. In this role you will receive leads each week; cold call, demonstrate cutting‑edge equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with existing sales teams across multiple divisions to support sales efforts and build long‑term customer relationships.
We’re looking for individuals with relevant experience who are eager to take the next step in their careers with an industry leader known for its state‑of‑the‑art products and outstanding company culture.
- First‑year earnings: $85K–$95K (includes a generous base salary + uncapped commissions)
- Company car, full benefits, and all expenses paid
- Up to 10% travel
- Clear advancement path: in 18-24 months you’ll promote up to an AM role where successful sales professionals regularly earn $140K - $150K in year one.
This company boasts less than 10% turnover and offers an exceptional training and development program. The position is newly created due to expansion.
