Sales Director

Technica is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead and scale our PCB and PCBA sales operations. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing winning sales strategies, expanding customer relationships, and building a high-performance sales organization.

Location:

Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid - with Regional Travel)

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
  
  8–10 years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager, Director, or equivalent).
• Industry: Minimum 3 years of experience within the PCB or PCBA manufacturing or related electronic assembly equipment industries is highly required
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a technical sales environment.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Advanced understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across technical and executive audiences.
• High-level negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales analytics tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration platforms.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently—including on short notice—to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support the sales team in the field.
• Director of Sales will act as the main point of contact for all of our supply partners.
