Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T0301) role s role involves providing an exceptional guest experience, delivering strong operations, and presenting compelling visual merchandising to inspire guests and support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales data, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and move freight to the sales floor, locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms is returned to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety, ethics, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards as needed.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up with compliance to all applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
