Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map updates, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help organize the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products with store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 an hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
