We sell officially licensed products from professional sports federations and headwear of popular sports and fashion brands. We have built our success through hard work, learning from our experiences, and staying true to our core values.

Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. They are passionate about sporting and fashion goods, meeting the needs of our customers. Our team helps customers find products that showcase their individuality, team pride, and personal style. Working in our stores requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining attractive product displays, and being knowledgeable about our products and services.

Generate revenue

• Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual guidelines, including signage and cleanliness.
• Dress professionally according to the dress code.

Control costs

• Protect company assets within retail guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management, including processing shipments and returns.
• Assist in accurate product counting.
• Follow all retail policies, procedures, and principles.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Associates start at the local minimum wage, with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact pay may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
