Responsibilities- Drive high‑quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way.
- Implement security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests.
- Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences for guests, authentically connecting with them, and participating in community outreach activities and events.
- Drive restaurant results through management of your department’s P&L, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow the guest count while coaching and training associates.
- Take pride in presenting quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are prepared according to recipe and presented to high standards.
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities.

- Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior salaried management experience preferred.
- Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency preferred.

CompensationCompensation Range: $58,030 - $90,800, varying by location with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors.
