Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our campus in Madison, WI. You will relocate to the area and receive financial relocation assistance.

As part of our growth into new global markets, you will manage complex litigation and provide counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll help win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks. Your responsibilities will grow in scope as you deepen your expertise in our dynamic industry.

• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
