Rancho Cucamonga Civil Litigation Defense Firm seeks an experienced Legal Assistant.

Responsibilities- File with State and Federal Courts
- Legal administrative duties
- Edit and finalize litigation documents
- Calendar court dates and deadlines
- Maintain attorney’s schedules
- Prepare correspondence
- Expense reporting
- Must be available between hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Minimum of 3 years’ civil litigation experience
- Knowledge and experience with state and federal filings
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook and Word), calendaring/docketing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients
The ideal candidate must have civil litigation defense experience, be organized, detail oriented, and a team player. If this describes you, please submit your resume for consideration.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
