This is an intern position. The purpose of the IT Lifecycle Services Intern (ITLS) Depot Tech is to work alongside, and under the guidance of, the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs.

• Work alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders.
• Support all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspecting & cleaning, and inventory management.
• Unbox and re-box configuration orders.
• Participate in general departmental cleanliness efforts.

• Solid communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Device repair experience.
• Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
