TEAM Physical Therapy is looking for a California-licensed physical therapist eager to join our energetic and highly motivated staff. We are physical therapist owned and have diverse and experienced therapists who love an active, exercise and manual therapy-based approach to physical therapy. TEAM has been an active leader in providing the highest quality physical therapy in the Inland Empire for nearly 25 years.
Joining TEAM Physical Therapy will allow you to work in a modern, active, vibrant 8,400 sq. ft. facility with the latest equipment including BFR, BIODEX, isokinetic testing, Cup Therapy, IASTM, biofeedback tools, wound care, and custom orthotics. - Educate patients about physical therapy and ways to prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with doctors to create individualized programs for each patient.
- Build relationships and assist patients with their physical therapy goals.
- Observe strict confidentiality of company’s private information.
- Demonstrate proficient time management skills.
- Help provide a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Knowledgeable in documentation required by regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, operation of standard office equipment.
- Ability to learn and successfully use specialized software applications necessary to perform job.
- Able to read, write legibly, speak English with a professional quality.
- Articulate clearly and calmly to effectively interact with co-workers and patients.
- Must have strong critical thinking skills, and be detail oriented, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as required by HIPAA and Team policy.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Ability to take direction and follow accepted practices and procedures.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current license from the Physical Therapy Board of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands, speak, and hear, see at close vision and bend.
- Work is performed in an energetic office environment.
