Position OverviewWe are currently seeking caring and committed Associate and Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for those who feel called to support clients with empathy, cultural humility, and respect. We are especially interested in clinicians who are bilingual in Spanish and those with a desire to work with children, youth, and adults.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to a caseload of at least 20 clients weekly.
- Deliver evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation for all sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor client treatment plans.
- Engage in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.
- (For licensed therapists) Assist in clinical supervision of associates and review clinical documentation as needed.
- Active California registration or licensure: ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- Demonstrated compassion for clients and commitment to their healing journey.
- Experience working with children, youth, or families preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
- Substantial organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting.
- Day and evening hours available.
- Monday through Friday.
- Weekend availability is a plus, but not required.
- $40 – $55 per billable hour (includes documentation).
- No-show compensation, aligned with our cancellation policy.
