Founded June of 2020. We are a community-based organization providing therapy (individual, family, couples, & groups), after-school programs, mental health assemblies, organizational workshops, juvenile detention centers, case management and more! We service California residents via insurance or cash pay. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person in English and Spanish Language and based on specifics of contracts.

At Simple Solutions Psychotherapy we believe "It's SIMPLE people just make it complicated." We seek to assist PsyD practicum students in gaining knowledge and experience toward assisting the community with mental health services.

Simple Solutions Psychotherapy is looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. If you have a medical background and a strong understanding of HIPAA, PII, and PHI

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism
• Handle sensitive client information securely in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Support the team with scheduling, documentation, and client communications
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with privacy standards

• Medical or healthcare background
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PII, and PHI requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

The pay range for this role is:
