We are currently looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our Foster Care Team. As the Clinical Coordinator, you will work closely with all of our Southern California offices in ensuring the overall quality of the treatment program for foster youth placed with Trinity. Specific training regarding the requirements of the contracts will be provided.
- The Clinical Coordinator will oversee the intake, discharge and on-going treatment of the youth and their families.
- Oversee the caseloads of the Therapists and ensure that the clinical treatment interventions are appropriate and adequate. Oversee and support the clinical team and coach/collaborate to ensure interventions are adequate and appropriate.
- Provide individual and group supervision for the Associate Therapists, including reviewing and co-signing of case notes, and other required clinical documentation.
- Represent the agency as needed.
- Ongoing training will be provided.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and program policies.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field and Clinical Licensure (MFT or LCSW) required.
- Must have experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Department of Mental Health (DMH) or Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) contracts preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record reporting preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a physical examination; drug clearance; criminal background check and Child Abuse Index check.
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license with clean DMV history and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Trinity’s insurance carrier.
- Must adhere to the general requirements established in the California Administrative Code, Title 22.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely and produce quality documentation both orally and in writing.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
$78,000 (unable to supervise interns), $80,000 (able to supervise interns).
Bonus PotentialEarn up to 4% of annual salary on annual evaluations based on achievement of goals. Additionally, each quarter, the clinical team is evaluated for productivity and timeliness and has the potential to be compensated up to 2.5% of annual salary each quarter (for a total of 10% annually) when the team averages 90% or higher on their productivity goals.
