Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading house looking to bring on board a Senior Operations individual with a focus in Metal ConcentratesKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of physical metal concentrates trades, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage shipping, logistics, and documentation, liaising with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, mitigating operational risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including traders and finance, to optimise operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation within the supply chain.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations within metal concentrates trading.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, and trade finance documentation.
• Proven ability to handle multiple transactions and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
