OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in the Inland Empire, CA.
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for direct contact with customers to identify customer satisfaction ratings and up-sale opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include contact with various customers, on-site visits, and proactively identifying customer needs. Strong communication, organization and customer relationship skills are necessary.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
- Strong skills in Communication and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer support is advantageous
