Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Data Coordinator. In this role, you will manage and coordinate dispatch data to ensure efficient operations and timely communication across departments.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; two-week training schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

• Collect, verify, and input dispatch data into the company’s systems accurately and promptly
• Process a moderate to high volume of alpha‑numeric data entry
• Generate work orders in order of importance
• Share work order information with field teams and technicians to smooth dispatch operations
• Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the department supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of administrative experience
• Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workflow effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Salary: $21 to $27 per hour (DOE)
