Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is hiring Direct Marketing Specialists in Rancho Cordova
, and if you’re outgoing, motivated, and don’t mind getting your steps in, this might be your next favorite job.

You’ll be cruising through neighborhoods, chatting with homeowners, and introducing them to beautiful Andersen windows and patio doors. Think of it as meeting people, making connections, and getting paid for your personality
.

• $21/hour base pay
• PLUS uncapped bonuses & commission
• Most of our team averages $21–$36/hour after bonuses. (Yes, uncapped means uncapped.)

• Attend weekly team meetings at our Rancho Cordova office
• Canvass local neighborhoods (door-to-door, old school but effective!)
• Start friendly conversations with homeowners about their windows & doors
• Set appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations
• Work independently while being supported by an awesome team

• Paid training (we teach you our proven methods)
• Mileage reimbursement (after a daily round-trip threshold)

• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
• 3–6 months of experience in canvassing, sales, or face-to-face marketing
• Strong communication skills and great customer service
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs
