Job Summary:

The Landscaping Maintenance Production Manager oversees the maintenance operations and production activities inside English Garden which is part of Verde Property Services. This role ensures that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while also managing the production schedule and team performance. This is for a growing landscaping company.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all landscaping maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses.
