About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and licensed Health Insurance Producer to join our growing agency. In this role, you’ll sell group health plans, build lasting client relationships, and support our account management team ensure client retention.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Advise clients on health insurance options and guide them through enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Provide ongoing support for renewals.

Qualifications:

• Licensed - Active Health Insurance Producer License (state-specific).
• Experienced - 2+ years of health insurance sales experience.
• Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology;
  Familiarity with ACA guidelines and CRM tools.
• Consultative – The ideal candidate will have experience as a consultant
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A fast starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner; strong negotiation skills
• Spanish Bilingual - Not required, but candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply
