Our client, a government agency located in Rancho Cordova, California, is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an IT Systems Support Specialist, you will be an integral part, supporting various enterprise and desktop systems. Job Title: IT Systems Support Specialist

Location: Rancho Cordova, California

Pay Range: $28

• Perform advanced system support duties across support desk, applications, desktop, and field environments.
• Assist with imaging, setup, deployment, and hardware moves for PCs and laptops.
• Provide effective second-level help desk support to end-users.
• Support network systems, enterprise applications, and business software.
• Contribute to ongoing projects such as Active Directory migration, VPN deployment, and telework support.

• Experience operating, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment and software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and imaging software like MECM/SCCM.
• Ability to support teleworking solutions and VPN configurations.
• Valid California Driver's License, Class
