Continuing Education & Training

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
- Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
- Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
- Successful completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Current CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Direct care experience caring for multiple residents.
- Behavioral care / memory care experience.
