🚀 Hiring:
Data Center Operations Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Data Center Operations Engineer to support mission‑critical infrastructure and ensure high availability of data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in data center operations, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of power, space, and system event management.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and performance
- Manage power, cooling, and electrical distribution systems
- Monitor and respond to system events using DCIM/BMS tools
- Perform hardware, server, and basic network installation and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Support capacity planning related to power and space utilization
- Participate in incident management and crisis response activities
- Maintain operational documentation and compliance standards
- 3–7+ years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
- Strong knowledge of power systems, cooling systems, and electrical distribution
- Familiarity with DCIM and BMS platforms
- Basic network engineering knowledge (IP addressing, cabling, switch connectivity)
- Hands‑on experience with server and hardware installation
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Experience in vendor coordination and project support
