Staff Development Training Facilitator – Rancho Cordova, CA

We are seeking a Staff Training Facilitator to join our team at our program in Escondido, CA. Earn $30 per hour. This is a professional position wherein the incumbent organizes, coordinates, and conducts orientation and structured learning programs for new and regular employees. Maintains accurate records using Merakey Learning Management System. Supervision provided by the Staff Development Executive and designated operational leadership.

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years in staff development and facilitation recommended.
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.

• Organize, coordinate, and conduct training programs covering orientation and structured learning.
• Maintain and accurately record employee documentation using the Merakey Learning Management System.
• Supervise staff development initiatives in collaboration with the Staff Development Executive and operational leadership.
