RoleClient Service Manager — manages a portfolio of service agreements and is responsible for the profit and loss of these agreements. You will ensure the financial performance of service agreements and customer satisfaction, working directly with the customer to develop trusted-advisor relationships and recommend services and solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
- Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities
- Develop account strategies to achieve the customer’s business goals, leveraging the company’s entire service and product portfolio
- Develop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of work
- Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations
- Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewals
- Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- On-the-job experience:
- 2+ Years for Mid Level or 3+ Years for Senior Level: Building Technology industry, Engineering HVAC or Building Automation systems experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in demand-side energy services or Certified Energy Manager preferred
- Associate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in the building technology industry (prefer Building Automation/HVAC Controls)
- Previous on-the-job experience with reviewing contracts, customer relationship management (quarterly business reviews), identifying areas of facility operations improvements/making recommendations to customers and financial management
