Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef 2 position located in Ranchi. The Commis Chef 2 will assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior chefs while ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. They will support inventory management, maintain kitchen equipment, and collaboratively contribute to delivering quality culinary experiences for customers. The role involves a commitment to learning, honing culinary techniques, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques, with a strong foundation in Culinary Skills
Knowledge and practice of Hygiene standards and food safety procedures
Strong Communication skills to effectively work in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Relevant certifications or training in culinary arts are beneficial
Prior experience in a professional kitchen is a plus but not mandatory
