Position: BRANCH MANAGER (BHUBANESHWAR )
Role Overview :
The role involves spearheading corporate relations, business development, and growth strategies for L&T across traditional and emerging businesses. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships, enhancing corporate image, leading new age business verticals, and driving employee engagement and competency development initiatives in alignment with the organization’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities :
Build and sustain strong relationships with Government officials, key customers, and industry stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives to support growth across L&T’s business verticals.
Enhance the company’s corporate image by engaging with corporate houses, bureaucrats, and government agencies.
Responsible for generating business for L&T Construction Equipment Limited, Modification, Revamp and Upgrade of Heavy Engineering, Special Steel & Heavy Forging.
Provide leadership to emerging businesses including EdTech, Sufin, Green Energy, Semiconductor, and Data Centers.
Evaluate and assess business performance, formulating strategies for expansion and sustainable growth.
Represent L&T by participating in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Champion and promote L&T’s culture and core values within and outside the organization.
Lead employee engagement programs to enhance performance, retention, and workplace safety while attracting top talent.
Design and implement training and competency-building initiatives to prepare the workforce for future requirements.
Qualifications &

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Around 10 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or strategy roles in a reputed organization.
Proven track record of engaging with government officials and corporate stakeholders.
Exposure to new-age businesses such as Edutech, Green Energy, or Digital Platforms will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
