Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Verbal Faculty based in our Ranchi center. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to prepare students for entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, and others. Responsibilities include developing content, conducting practice sessions, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and refining teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications
Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills

Experience with entrance exam preparation, including CAT, XAT, and other management entrance tests
Pedagogical skills with the ability to explain concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Skills in student engagement and effective communication
Prior teaching or training experience in verbal or language sections is preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, or a related discipline
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
