Executive Secretary to Function Head

We invite applications for the role of Executive Secretary to Function Head.

Responsibilities:
As the Executive Secretary to Function Head you will be:
Providing administrative support by performing routine administrative and executive functions
Reviewing and prioritizing incoming correspondences, mails and other communication and determining actions required for follow-ups
Maintaining all files and information in readily retrievable / usable form
Drafting, preparing, distributing, and following up with various correspondence
Managing the travel logistics (including travel itineraries, accommodation, visa processing & raising expense reports)
Rendering necessary assistance in meetings
Managing the calendar and mails and setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences
Providing a courteous and efficient interface to callers and visitors to the office

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Hindi is a must
Effective oral and written communication skills including active listening and accurate reading comprehension
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to work with various functions and foster teamwork
Skills in record keeping
Ability to maintain high confidentiality
