📍 Manston, Ramsgate, Kent
💼 Permanent Role
🕘 Monday-Friday, 12pm - 5pm - 25 hours per week (no evenings, no weekends!)
💰 £12.21 per hour
🚗 Must be able to drive due to location

We're excited to be recruiting a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Manston, Ramsgate. You'll be working with a bespoke Salesforce CRM, giving you the tools and support you need to succeed and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Making outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers
  • Building rapport understanding client needs
  • Handling objections confidently and professionally
  • Updating and managing client information on Salesforce CRM
  • Working towards achievable targets in a motivating environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent telephone manner - friendly, professional and confident
  • Sales or calling experience - you know how to turn conversations into results
  • Strong problem‑solving skills - handling queries with confidence
  • Calm under pressure - comfortable managing more complex calls
  • Positive & motivated mindset - attitude matters just as much as experience
