Manual Machinist (Grinder)

Salary:
Competitive + 33% uplift for late shifts

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate manual machines
* Grind and repair aviation components to precise tolerances
* Follow engineering drawings and health & safety standards
* Ensure timely delivery of prioritised products
* Maintain accurate documentation and quality compliance
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 3 years’ engineering experience
* Skilled in cylindrical, surface, internal, and planetary grinding
* Level 2 or 3 Engineering Qualification
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office desirable)
Shift Patterns
* Early: 06:00–14:15 Mon–Fri
* Day: 08:00–16:30 Mon–Fri
* Late: 14:15–00:30 Mon–Wed, 14:15–23:30 Thu
