A leading housing/property developer is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team to work on a large-scale residential project near Ramsgate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers many years of continues work. The scheme will consist of over 200 residential units from 2-5 bedrooms. Potential of a further phase after too.

The ideal candidate should have experience running timber frame / traditional build projects from groundworks to completion.

Quality Assurance
Requirements

Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Timber Frame / Traditional build experience
