Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours/week)
Contract: Approx 3 Months (with potential to extend)
Pay: £12.50 per hour

We're on the lookout for a practical and proactive Property Compliance Officer to join our team at the Port of Ramsgate for a full-time, short-term role - with the potential for a longer stay.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who knows their way around property compliance and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reading and actioning Fire Risk Assessments

Installing fire signage and checking fire extinguishers

Carrying out general property compliance tasks

Ensuring health and safety standards are met across properties

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with property compliance (especially fire safety)

Comfortable doing light manual work and using tools

Reliable, self-motivated, and independent

A practical thinker with good communication skills
