Researcher/Resourcer – Global recruitment services company specialising in the recruitment of technical, management, and executive mining professionals across the world in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, South America, and Australasia are seeking a Researcher/Resourcer to join their growing team.

Working alongside the director you be trained on the fundamentals of candidate market mapping, headhunting, and retained search methods.

Typical search assignments include – Mine Managers, Process Managers, Engineering & Maintenance Managers, HSE Managers, Exploration Managers, Project Managers, Project Directors, etc.

• Recruitment industry experience is highly desirable or a sales B2B/B2C background (Telesales, Estate/Lettings Agent, Finance, Insurance, Printer, and Product sales, etc.)
• Happy to pick up the phone and make calls.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary £18,000 to £25,000 (doe) + Bonus Structure + Hybrid Working + Career Progression to Recruitment Consultant.

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
