Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Ramsgate
Salary: £26,208 – £27,352
+ excellent overtime rate
Working Hour: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.60 – £13.15

Required:
Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (or willingness to complete)

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car 🚗
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
You will be supporting young people with day-to-day routines, emotional wellbeing, education, activities, and safeguarding. You must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins, and act as a consistent and positive role model 💙
