Location: Ramsgate
Salary: £26,208 – £27,352
+ excellent overtime rate
Working Hour: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.60 – £13.15

Required:

Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (or willingness to complete)

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car 🚗
• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
• Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered
• You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

You will be supporting young people with day-to-day routines, emotional wellbeing, education, activities, and safeguarding. You must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins, and act as a consistent and positive role model 💙

You will be joining a well-established residential care provider delivering high-quality, child-centred care to young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The organisation is values-led and places strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and development.
