Teaching Assistant
LocationRamsgate, Kent
Role and Responsibilities- Providing 1:1 or small group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- Assisting the Class Teacher in creating and implementing tailored learning plans.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
