We are recruiting on behalf of a respected, fast‑growing construction group based in Kent. Our client delivers high‑quality residential and commercial projects across highly desirable locations. They now seek a skilled Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure exceptional project delivery.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for on‑site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest construction, safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily construction activities
- Lead and coordinate contractors and site teams
- Plan work schedules, resources and logistics
- Liaise with architects, engineers and suppliers
- Ensure quality standards and building regulations are met
- Maintain strict site health & safety procedures
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks
- Monitor project costs and support budget control
- Identify and mitigate site risks
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
- Review contracts and RAMS
- Ensure plant and equipment records are up to date
- Solve operational issues to keep projects on track
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency on‑site
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and site safety
- Ability to plan, prioritise and problem‑solve effectively
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality work
