Join our client, a well-established construction organisation delivering commercial, residential, new build and refurbishment schemes across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role

You will oversee 2–4 live projects, ensuring strong commercial performance throughout each build. This includes managing procurement, subcontractor negotiations, cost reporting and full lifecycle financial control. You will be based in the Manston office, with regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage costs across construction projects

* Prepare estimates, budgets and cost plans

* Create tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities

* Monitor project expenditure and analyse variations

* Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

* Value and certify subcontractor works

* Provide contractual and regulatory guidance

* Support dispute resolution where required

* Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering

* Produce clear financial reports for senior management

* Work closely with internal teams, contractors and external consultants
